If you are a Non-Commercial, Marching Band, or Paid-To-Appear entry, please return to our site and select the correct registration form.

A "Commercial Entry" includes any entry which identifies a for-profit entity (corporation, group or individual) or promotes a specific product, service or event for profit.

There are fees associated with these entries. Refer to "Commercial Entries" in the Parade Policies & Regulations.

I (captain or designate) have read, understood and agree to abide by the parade policies and regulations. I acknowledge that I am responsible for ensuring that all participants from my entry are aware of these policies and regulations and that they also abide by them at all times.

By submitting this application, I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Cobourg Santa Claus Parade Committee, Cobourg DBIA, Town of Cobourg and any and all parties, related and affiliated corporations and their officers, directors, volunteers, and employees from and against my claim or claims made as a result, including but not limited to the costs of defending any claim(s) that may arise and any and all demands, suits, losses, costs, damages, legal fees, fines, penalties and expenses that they may sustain or incur arising out of any damage to property, and any injury or death to any person or persons while participating.
